Our Story

Great food and chef pride go hand-in-hand — and we have both.

Our owners are brothers who started this business after ranching with their dad until well into their 30's. They discovered curing their own beef and crafting great food out of it was their favorite part of the business. Thus, Eastside Tavern began. We grind our hamburger every day to deliver you the freshest burger out there.
